Your choice

You can accept session analytics, decline session tracking and allow only basic counts, or turn off all analytics. If you do nothing, only basic counts are collected. No choice or action on this site counts as acceptance of session tracking. Your choice does not affect access to the website or contact form. You can reopen Analytics settings from the footer at any time.

What we measure

Basic counts cover pages and sections viewed, navigation and button clicks, interactive demo video plays, actual contact submission attempts/results and service-accepted contact submissions. They are collected without analytics identifier cookies or session IDs, then combined into daily counts rather than kept as individual browsing histories in S3. You can object to these counts by choosing Turn off all analytics.

If you accept session analytics, a random first-party session ID lets us understand one navigation journey and its country code, coarse viewport class, approved campaign/source categories and cumulative active-visible page time. A separate random consent reference lets us record your choice and erase linked events when you withdraw. Reports do not use a persistent visitor analytics ID or identify return visits. If you accept after browsing, earlier basic counts are not linked and acquisition before consent is unknown. Referrers and campaign query values are read only for bounded classification and are then discarded; arbitrary supplied values are never retained.

Our analytics events do not contain your name, email address, contact-form message, IP address, or full referrer URL. We do not use these analytics cookies for advertising or to follow you across other websites.

Accepted linked events are retained for up to 90 days, or erased from linked source storage after you withdraw. Existing Athena query outputs have a separate three-day expiry and may remain until that expiry. Consent and withdrawal records are kept for up to one year. Temporary count files expire after four days, and combined daily counts after one year. Events waiting for processing remain in the queue for up to four days; failed messages can remain in its recovery queue for up to 14 days. We do not keep raw basic events as S3 analytics rows. Contact-service acceptance and email delivery accounting are separate business operations that remain available when visitor analytics is off. A staff/testing exclusion setting stores only an off flag in this browser and also saves the off preference.
